RP Builders is owned and operated by Ramiro and Delma Pallares with a goal of transforming our clients’ visions into beautifully appointed dream homes that are built to stand the test of time, both structurally and conceptually. We’ve seen the surprise and delight our customers experience upon realizing they can have the best of two worlds—a brand new home, in the exact neighborhood they want to live in.

We have been specializing in building custom homes in Lakeway and the surrounding areas for over 15 years. MEET YOUR TEAM

  • Rafael Pallares

    President, Lead Architect

    Rafael brings over 20 years of architectural experience in residential and commercial design to his role as lead architect. He was born in Colombia, where he received his degree in Architecture from Corporación Universidad De La Costa. Rafael is a registered contractor with the city of Horseshoe Bay, TX.

  • Delma Pallares

    Lead Interior Designer

    While her skills include the organization of all aspects of design and a deep understanding of scale and proportions, Delma’s passion lies in the dialogue between colors, materials, and textures. She has an international design background and brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Lead Interior Designer.

  • Yusuf Nail

    Head of Operations

    Yusuf is a key project leader who is responsible for project delivery and business development. He builds relationships with clients by listening and developing a vision for their needs and build solutions. Yusuf is integral to the day-to-day operations of the firm including project management, staffing and strategic planning.

  • Bee

    Head of Barketing

    Bee is an energetic young Vizsla who loves playing fetch and taking walks. She is always on the hunt for cuddles and snuggles and will do tricks if you give her a treat.

  • Buster

    Head of Security

    At 15 years young, Buster is the most loyal little dog. He will stay by your side all day. Nowadays he likes to rest and lay in the sun.
